Rent to travel nurses: early partners
We're building mid-term listings around what travel nurses actually ask for. Before we build, we want to talk to a small group of landlords near hospitals.
Why travel nurses
- Assignments usually run 13 weeks, often with extensions: steady, mid-term stays.
- Housing stipends are capped by the federal per diem rate for the area, so you can see what a nurse can afford near each of the 4,686 hospitals we track. Ceilings by state →
- What they search for: a contract-cancellation clause, blackout curtains for day sleep, safe parking at shift change, laundry, and a short commute.
What early partners get
- A say in how listings, badges and filters work before launch.
- First listings in your area when we open.
- Pricing isn't set yet. Early partners hear first and help shape it.
